As for the Sixers (12-6), they are coming into this game off of a 119-104 loss to the Detroit Pistons on Monday night. Philadelphia did not have All-star center Joel Embiid, which played a big part into the final result. This season, Embiid is having an MVP year, averaging 27.7 points and 11.5 rebounds per game. Before suffering that loss to the Pistons, the Sixers were on a three-game winning streak.
