The 2020 NBA Playoffs begin on Monday, August 17th after the seeding round wrapped up the regular season with each team playing eight games in the bubble in Orlando. We started with 22 teams and now we’re down to the 16 teams that will compete for the 2020 NBA Championship. The first round of the playoffs kicks off with best-of-7 series in both the Western Conference and Eastern Conference.

The No. 3 seed Boston Celtics take on the No. 6 seed Philadelphia 76ers in an Eastern Conference first round series in the NBA bubble. Normally, we’d be hype for this rivalry but it may be pretty one-sided due to injuries.

The Celtics have the 6th-best odds on DraftKings Sportsbook to win it all at +1600, third in the East behind the Bucks and Raptors. The 76ers are +5000 to win the NBA Championship. To come out of the East, the Celtics are +550 and the Sixers are +2500.

In terms of health, well, the Sixers aren’t exactly in good shape. Ben Simmons is out for the season after having knee surgery. Joel Embiid is dealing with an ankle injury that isn’t considered serious. It’s still Embiid and we know his lengthy history of injuries. Boston has had Kemba Walker on a minutes restriction through the seeding round, but he’s expected to be a full go for the first round.

Below is a run down of the Celtics-76ers series and how to watch it.
