Zion Williamson and LeBron James put on a show in the Pelicans’ matchup against the Lakers on Sunday night. At halftime, Zion had 17 points on 7-of-9 shooting, while LeBron had 19 points on 8-of-10 shooting. The first half was highlighted by this exchange between Zion and LeBron:

Zion would finish with 35 points on a crazy efficient 12-of-16 from the field, while LeBron posted a 34-point, 12-rebound, 13-assist triple-double and shot 14-of-21 from the field. James finished with an incredible 75.50 DraftKings fantasy points (DKFP), becoming one of three players on Sunday’s NBA slate on DraftKings to score at least 75 DKFP. Williamson finished with 40.75 DKFP.

Almost all of Williamson’s shot attempts came near the basket, and every shot Williamson took was in the paint. Shooting close to the basket allows Williamson to make his shots with great efficiency, and his strength and athleticism gives him incredible finishing ability inside despite facing quality defense from opposing centers.
