The Sacramento Kings will start Bogdan Bogdanovic ahead of Buddy Hield in Friday night’s game vs. the Chicago Bulls, The Athletic’s Jason Jones reported this evening.

This is a bit of a surprising move, though as Jones mentions, the Kings have lost six straight and 15 of 18 games, which is not so good. Bogdanovic is also a hot commodity on the trade market, so it could help boost his trade stock in the starting lineup in a more featured role. You’ve gotta feel for Buddy in this one considering the ups and downs he’s gone through in Sacramento.
Fantasy basketball, DFS analysis: Sacramento Kings SG/SF Bogdan Bogdanovic
This move is hard to gauge. Will this mean that Buddy doesn’t see more than 30 minutes? He was essentially benched against the Pistons in an embarrassing loss on Wednesday. So I’d probably get off of Buddy tonight at $6,900 on DraftKings. Bogdanovic is an interesting value at $5,200. He’s seen a decent amount of playing time the past two games, though is still trying to find his outside shot. It’s a good matchup against the Bulls, who are depleted in the front court and have a very thin rotation going into tonight.
