It wasn’t a particularly huge fantasy performance from Carmelo Anthony on Wednesday night in the Trail Blazers’ win over the Thunder. But it got the job done. Melo finished with 19 points and four rebounds for 25.5 fantasy points on DraftKings at $5,900, which failed to reach value for those who rostered him.

Still, it wasn’t at all a bad performance by Melo’s standards. The veteran forward has played in five games for the Blazers since signing, averaging 16.6 points on 45% shooting from the field per game. He went 9-of-11 from the field Wednesday. Portland is now 2-3 since Melo signed and are starting to piece things together after a slow start to the season. They are 7-12 and sit in 10th place in the Western Conference, 2.5 games behind the Phoenix Suns for a playoff spot.

Melo and Portland’s next task will be defeating the Bulls for the second time in three games.
