Major League Baseball will not start the 2021 playoffs for two more months, but on Wednesday, the league announced the complete 2022 regular season schedule. Let traveling secretaries begin the laborious task of scheduling hotels!

Opening Day for the 2022 season will be Thursday, March 31 with all 30 teams playing. Friday, April 1 will see 16 teams get a day off, and we’ll be off to the races as the drive for the 2022 World Series gets going.

The 2022 All-Star Game is scheduled to take place in Los Angeles at Dodger Stadium. The All-Star break will run for most of the league from Monday, July 18 through Thursday, July 21. The Giants and Dodgers will open the second half of the season on the 21st and the rest of the league will return to action on the 22nd.

The regular season ends on Sunday, October 2 with all 30 teams playing and hopefully a few division and wild card races coming down to the wire.

Here are the complete home and away schedules for the 2022 MLB regular season.
