Eloy Jiménez set to debut for White Sox

After tearing his left pectoral muscle in spring training, the White Sox outfielder has missed the entire season. Yesterday, Sox manager Tony La Russa said Jiménez would come off the IL and be in the lineup today against the St. Louis Cardinals.

Mookie Betts heads to IL

The Dodgers placed Betts on the injured list yesterday with right hip inflammation. He hadn’t played since July 19.
