Tuesday’s MLB slate features a rematch of the 2018 ALCS as the Houston Astros meet the Boston Red Sox, one of the surprising teams of the season. The Rays, emerging at the top of the AL East, will meet the struggling Nationals. The red-hot Chicago Cubs will face the San Diego Padres to cap off the day’s action.
Best Games To Watch
Astros vs. Red Sox and Cubs vs. Padres are definitely the top contests of the day, but the Blue Jays and White Sox have plenty of exciting talent fans will be excited to take in. Vladimir Guerrero Jr. continues to smash home runs at a league-leading pace and the White Sox might be the best team in the AL.
Fantasy Spotlight
Walker Buehler is expected to take the mound against the Pirates, one of the worst offenses in MLB. Buehler is crushing it this season, going 4-0 with a 2.82 ERA. He’ll be licking his chops against Pittsburgh. Jesse Winker has quietly hit .350 with 17 home runs for the Reds this year and will likely meet Adrian Houser, who has a 4.15 ERA in the last seven games.
Rookies to Watch
Jazz Chisholm and Yermin Mercedes have been terrific in the early part of the 2021 season and will be in action Tuesday. Adolis Garcia has been a lone bright spot for the Rangers this year and will also be someone to keep an eye on.
