ESPN+ will host Friday’s matchup between the Seattle Mariners and the San Diego Padres with first pitch set for 10:10 p.m. ET. The game will take place at Petco Park in San Diego, and will also air on ROOTNW in the Mariners market and on Bally Sports San Diego in the Padres market. Chris Flexen and Chris Paddack will start for Seattle and San Diego, respectively.

If you aren’t around a TV to check out this primetime MLB matchup, you can stream the game via WatchESPN or the ESPN app. But keep in mind — you’ll need a subscription to ESPN+. You can subscribe to ESPN+ on the ESPN website, where you can get a monthly subscription for $5.99, or get the ESPN/Disney/Hulu bundle for $13.99 per month.

Seattle will enter Friday night’s game with a 21-23 record after being swept at home by a pretty bad Detroit Tigers team in which the Mariners scored just three runs in three games. Seattle sits in third place in the American League West behind the Oakland Athletics and Houston Astros. They will go with righthander Chris Flexen on the mound, and he has a 4-1 record with a 3.46 ERA in seven starts this season.

The Padres are currently in second place in the incredibly competitive National League West division that features the best three records in the entire N.L. San Diego has been on a roll recently as they are riding a six-game winning streak with home sweeps over the St. Louis Cardinals and Colorado Rockies. Winners of nine of their last 10, the Padres will turn to Chris Paddack, who is 1-3 with a 4.45 ERA in seven starts.
