After his major league leading 14th home run on Tuesday night, Shohei Ohtani will be making his sixth start for the Los Angeles Angels on Wednesday night at 8:07 p.m. ET against the Cleveland Indians. The game will air on MLB Network and stream via MLBNetwork.com, the MLB app, and MLB.tv. If you don’t have a cable login to access MLB Network for a live stream, you can get a free trial from YouTube TV, Hulu with Live TV, AT&T TV Now, FuboTV, or Sling TV to stream the game.

The two-way star player only has a record of 1-0 and an ERA of 2.10 through five starts this season, but has 40 strikeouts in 25.2 innings pitched. In his most recent outing against the Houston Astros, Ohtani was excellent, allowing only 4 hits (1 HR), 1 earned run, 1 walk, and recording a season-high 10 strikeouts.

The 26-year-old designated hitter/pitcher has only allowed a total of 5 earned runs and 2 home runs in his last three starts. Over that same span of time, he’s averaging 8.6 strikeouts per game, which is just outstanding for a player, who is turning into one of the best hitters in the majors.

In three starts at home this season, Ohtani does not have a win on his resume, but boasts a stellar ERA of 0.66. For him to get his first win at home, Ohtani will need to cut down on his walks as he has 17 in 13.2 IP.
