How to watch Sunday, May 16th MLB Network schedule on TV and via live stream

MLB Network is broadcasting two games for out-of-market viewers on Sunday, May 16th. We break down national and local broadcasting options, and how to watch the game via live stream.

MLB Network will be broadcasting two games on Sunday, May 16th for out-of-market viewers. The schedule includes the Los Angeles Angels vs. Boston Red Sox or Chicago Cubs vs. the Detroit Tigers at 1:10 p.m. ET, depending on your location.

If you aren’t around a TV to check out the MLB Network slate, you can stream the game via MLBNetwork.com, via the MLB app, and through MLB.TV. But keep in mind that you need a cable-login subscription for MLB Network or an MLB.TV subscription. If you don’t have a cable login to access MLB Network for a live stream, you can get a free trial from YouTube TV, Hulu with Live TV, AT&T TV Now, FuboTV, or Sling TV to stream the games.

The Angels-Red Sox game will also air on Bally Sports West in the Angels market and NESN in the Red Sox market. Jose Quintana and Nathan Eovaldi will start for LA and Boston, respectively.

The Cubs-Tigers game will also air on Marquee Sports Network in the Cubs market and Bally Sports Detroit in the Tigers market. Kyle Hendricks and Matthew Boyd will start for Chicago and Detroit, respectively.
