The Yankees got back on the winning side of things to open their two-game set with the Braves on Tuesday. New York rallied for 2 runs in the 8th inning against Tyler Matzek to win 3-1, ending a five-game losing streak. The Yanks will send veteran Corey Kluber to the mound while the Braves are starting rookie Ian Anderson. Kluber has been less than stellar in his first season as a Yankee, failing to last more than 4 innings in three starts. He’s not last late into games, which could be tough after the Yanks went deep into their bullpen against the Braves on Tuesday. This could provide an opening for the Braves bats to shine.
