Everything you need to know for Yankees-Twins in the 2019 ALDS

The Yankees and Twins square off in one of the two 2019 American League Divisional Series. We’ll have all the details you need on game times and dates, odds for each game and the series, and roster and lineup decisions.

The New York Yankees and Minnesota Twins meet in their opening matchup of the 2019 MLB playoffs. The 103-59 Yankees have home field advantage against the 101-61 Twins. Game 1 gets going on Friday at Yankee Stadium, with first pitch scheduled for 7:07 p.m. and the game set to air on MLB Network.

The Yankees were 4-2 in their season series with the Twins, but Minnesota is a dangerous road team. They easily set the pace with a road record of 55-26. If they can split in the opening two games in the Bronx, they could open the door to a potential upset.

New York is a fairly sizable favorite to win this series. DraftKings Sportsbook installed them at -225 to take down the Twins, who are at +185. By comparison, the Braves are installed at -155 to beat the Cardinals (+130).
