The Pittsburgh Steelers are headed to the 2024 NFL Playoffs. They have earned the No. 7 seed and will face the No. 2 Buffalo Bills in the Wild Card round of the AFC playoffs. The Steelers will go on the road and look to pick up their first playoff win since 2016.

The Steelers finished the season 10-7, their best record in the last three years. Pittsburgh helped themselves with a win over the Baltimore Ravens in Week 18, but it wasn’t enough on its own to get them in the playoffs. They needed either the Buffalo Bills or the Jacksonville Jaguars to lose their respective games, and the assumption was that it would need to be Buffalo over Miami. Pittsburgh fans didn’t need to wait for Sunday night as the Jaguars lost to the Tennessee Titans and were eliminated from playoff contention.
