We’ve got eight games Saturday in the NBA, though only seven are part of the main DFS slate for the day. Unlike NFL DFS, where one pick can make or break your lineup or it’s tough to find quality low-tier value, NBA DFS differs.
In NBA DFS, you can find quality value plays $5K or under that can give you a quick 10 points off the bench, grab some rebounds, or stuff the stat sheet. We are going to provide you with three players that you need to put in your lineup.
Andrew Wiggins, Warriors, $5,000
Wiggins was in a huge slump until Friday’s game against the Bulls, where he dropped 39.8 DKFP in a big win for Golden State. The Warriors should play all their guys on the second night of a back-to-back set tonight against the Bucks, which means Wiggins has another chance to show why he should be kept around as this franchise tries to extend its dynastic run. The Bucks are strong defensively, but do rank 12th in fantasy points allowed to opposing small forwards.
Ziaire Williams, Grizzlies, $4,800
The status of Desmond Bane is up in the air, and the Grizzlies have plenty of injuries to sort through as they head into the second night of a back-to-back set against the Knicks. Williams has been doing well since his rough patch at the end of the 2023 calendar year, averaging 22.8 DKFP per game over the last five contests. He’s set to get extended playing time against a Knicks team ranking 14th in fantasy points allowed to opposing wing players.
Dyson Daniels, Pelicans, $4,300
After logging just 4.3 DKFP in eight minutes in the final game of 2023, the Pelicans combo guard has been more involved in 2024. Daniels is playing more, and he’s averaging 20.6 DKFP per game over the last six contests. The Pelicans might be resting some key guys on the second night of a back-to-back set, which only increases Daniels’ value. Plus, the Mavericks rank 26th in fantasy points allowed to opposing combo guards/wings this season.
