Lions final injury report and what it means for Wild Card matchup vs. Rams

The Lions could get their All Pro rookie tight end back for the first round of the playoffs.

The Detroit Lions host the Los Angeles Rams 8 p.m. ET on NBC. This looks to be one of the best games of the weekend, as the two teams that swapped quarterbacks will take each other on in the first round of the playoffs.

How the team’s injuries may affect the Lions in Wild Card round

The Lions head into this matchup with the Rams feeling better about their chances, as rookie tight end Sam LaPorta is trending in the right direction to play. LaPorta was able to get a full practice in on Friday and a questionable tag after not practicing Wednesday or Thursday.
