The boxing world gets arguably the biggest fight of the year this weekend featuring a pair of pro athletes at the top of their game. That is not tonight’s fight.

A day before Gervonta Davis and Ryan Garcia face off in a catchweight fight that will have the entire boxing world tuned in, we get a celebrity boxing match that is tough to gauge. Former NFL running back Le’Veon Bell will step into the ring to face YouTube personality JMX. The bout airs on DAZN and is four rounds.

Bell has two fights to his credit. In September 2022, he knocked out fellow former running back Adrian Peterson in the fifth round of their five-round bout. A month later he lost a four-round unanimous decision to MMA fighter Uriah Hall.

JMX’s real name is Joel Morris and he has four fights in his career. He fought twice as an amateur in 2018 and claimed wins on the KSI-Weller card and then the KSI-Paul card. He turned professional in 2019 and claimed a win over Wojciech Gola and then a win over Ginty on MF & DAZN Z Series 2.

This fight does not have odds DraftKings Sportsbook. We’ll be updating throughout the bout until it wraps up.

Update 10:49 pm: The fighters are on the way to the ring, and we’re about not be underway!

Le’Veon Bell vs. JMX round-by-round results

Round 1: 10-9 Bell

More activity from JMX, but Bell controlled the center of the ring and landed the more effective shots in close. A flurry after the 10-second clap removed all doubt and stung the social media star.

Round 2: 10-9 Bell

Can both guys lose a round? Not exactly Marcus of Queensbury out there, but give Bell the round on cleaner contact despite not a lot of technique. Feels like we’re going 4 rounds here.

Round 3: 10-9 Bell

More of the same, but a man unintentional clash of heads with JMZ’s back to the corner opened him up over his left eye. But he was able to continue, despite taking more punishment from Bell.

Round 4: 10-9 Bell

Bell wins easily, and was chasing a KO early in the round before wearing down a bit himself. Not much of a fight, but an easy victory for the former NFL star.

Judges: Le’Veon Bell wins by unanimous decision (40-36, 40-36, 39-37).
