NFL Combine schedule 2023: DBs arrival, drill dates, times

We take a look at the schedule of drills for defensive backs at the 2023 NFL Combine.

While the XFL is currently appeasing football fans’ emotions for the fact that there is no NFL action again until the tail-end of summer, the NFL Draft Combine has returned to also lend a hand. The showcase is set to have over 300 incoming prospects in attendance, with an array of defensive backs in the mix.

The combine will feature nearly all of the same drills for each position — the 40-yard dash, the vertical jump, the shuttle run, the bench press and the broad jump. Here is the schedule for the incoming defensive back prospects from their arrival on February 27th through March 6th.

2023 NFL Combine: DB schedules

  • Team Interviews: Tuesday-Thursday, Feb. 28-March 2
  • Media Interviews: Thursday, March 2

8:30 AM — 12:00 PM: Defensive Backs & Specialists media interviews

  • Measurements/On-Field Workout: Friday, March 3

3:00 PM — 8:30 PM: Defensive Backs & Special Teams workouts & drills (live TV broadcasts on NFL Network & NFL+)

  • Bench Press/Depart: Saturday, March 4
