AJ Dillon start or sit: Week 13 fantasy football advice

We break down the fantasy football outlook of AJ Dillon ahead of the Packers Week 13 matchup against the Chiefs.

With Aaron Jones out again, AJ Dillon is the clear RB1 for the Packers in their game this week against the Chiefs. Here’s a look at if he holds any fantasy value.

Fantasy Football analysis: Packers RB AJ Dillon

Dillon tallied 43 rushing yards and 38 receiving yards last week in the Packers’ Thanksgiving loss to the Lions — his first start of the season. Dillon’s had two games this year where he’s recorded 70+ yards rushing, but has seven games where he’s had less than 50 yards.

Start or sit in Week 13 PPR leagues?

Sit

Dillon’s done nothing to prove that he can be a consistent fantasy starter this year, so you should leave him on your bench this week. Not only that, but quarterback Jordan Love has been on another level over the past two weeks (72 pass attempts in that span), which should limit the amount of carries Dillon gets.

Start or sit in Week 13 standard leagues?

Sit

Dillon’s had seven catches over the last two games, so some of the value that he hurts is the amount of volume he gets in the passing game, which limits his potential production in standard leagues. I’d leave him on your bench.

Player(s) you would start ahead of Dillon

FantasyPros has Dillon ranked as RB28 this week, where he’s between Brian Robinson Jr. and Chuba Hubbard. Some other running backs I’d consider from this tier at De’Von Achane and Tyjae Spears.
