We break down the fantasy football outlook of Elijah Moore ahead of the Browns Week 13 matchup against the Rams.

Last year Elijah Moore caught 60 passes for 395 yards and two touchdowns from Joe Flacco on the Jets. The two will reunite this week in the Browns’ matchup against the Rams. Here’s a look at if he’s worth a start in fantasy this week.

Fantasy Football analysis: Browns WR Elijah Moore

Moore’s coming off a week where had 44 yards on three catches, which marks the third straight week he’s recorded 44+ yards. Moore’s only caught one touchdown pass this year, but has had eight games where he’s recorded 7+ targets.

Start or sit in Week 13 PPR leagues?

While I love the idea of Moore and Flacco picking up where they left off last year, I can’t see the Browns getting much done through the air this week. Both David Njoku and Amari Cooper will be active, which won’t leave as much volume for Moore in what should be a streamlined Browns offense.

Start or sit in Week 13 standard leagues?

There’s no denying that Moore’s production in what he does with the ball compared to his reception volume, but I’d still stay away from him given the situation of the Browns’ offense. He’s the No. 3 option in an offense that’s starting a quarterback who was a free agent three weeks ago.

Player(s) you would start ahead of Moore

FantasyPros has Moore ranked as WR42 this week, where he’s between Jahan Dotson and Tyler Boyd. Not only would I’d start both of them over Moore, but I’d also consider starting Zay Jones, who is also in their tier.
