10 games will tip off across the NBA tonight and that presents plenty of opportunities for you to hit on value plays in DraftKings Daily Fantasy. Unlike NFL DFS, where one pick can make or break your lineup or it’s tough to find quality low-tier value, NBA DFS differs.
In NBA DFS, you can find quality value plays $5K or under that can give you a quick 10 points off the bench, grab some rebounds, or stuff the stat sheet. We are going to provide you with three players that you need to put in your lineup.
Scoot Henderson, Portland Trail Blazers, $5,000
Sitting right at the value line for the evening is Henderson, who will lead the Blazers into a second straight matchup against the Spurs. The rookie put up 25 points, four assists, and three rebounds in Thursday’s loss against this same San Antonio team, earning DFS managers 35.25 FP’s. It was the second straight game where he earned 35+ FP’s and I’d ride the hot hand and put him back into my lineup this evening.
Kevin Huerter, Sacramento Kings, $5,000
Huerter hasn’t played much of a factor during the Kings’ two-game losing skid, scoring just seven combined points in those two outings. However, they are facing a Hawks team that has been gashed for 123.6 ppg over their last 10 outings. Going up against his former team, this is the perfect opportunity for Red Velvet to get back into a rhythm and return to form in DFS. He’s averaging 22.1 FP per game and I’ll predict he gets back to that season average on Friday.
Christian Braun, Denver Nuggets, $4,600
Braun has been a consistent presence for DFS users this season, averaging 17.2 FP per game. He put together a solid performance against the Grizzlies on Thursday with 11 points, four assists, and three rebounds and should play a big role off the bench in Friday’s showdown against the Thunder. He’ll be a solid value option in DFS this evening.
