With nine games on Tuesday’s NBA slate, there’s plenty of spots to find great bargain plays in DFS lineups. Unlike NFL DFS, where one pick can make or break your lineup or it’s tough to find quality low-tier value, NBA DFS differs.
In NBA DFS, you can find quality value plays $5K or under that can give you a quick 10 points off the bench, grab some rebounds, or stuff the stat sheet. We are going to provide you with three players that you need to put in your lineup.
Dorian Finney-Smith, Nets, $4,900
The Pistons are on a 26-game losing streak and are on the cusp of NBA infamy, so it’s worth firing up someone on the Nets tonight. Finney-Smith is the best candidate in this price range, with 46 DKFP over the last two games. He has the upside as a perimeter shooter and gets a great matchup, with Detroit ranking 25th in fantasy points allowed to frontcourt players.
Andrew Nembhard, Pacers, $5,000
After slowly working back from a knee injury, Nembhard played 36 minutes in a 117-110 loss to the Magic in his last game. He tallied 25.8 DKFP, and should get the start with Bruce Brown being ruled out. The Pacers have been a juggernaut offensively and even against a solid Rockets defense, I like Nembhard to put up a solid fantasy showing here. The Rockets rank 17th in fantasy points allowed to guards.
Ochai Agbaji, Jazz, $4,300
Agbaji’s role has been up and down of late as the Jazz get key players back in the lineup. He’s still consistently getting around 25 minutes per game, and that should be enough against a lackluster Spurs team ranking 29th in fantasy points allowed to opposing wing players. Agbaji is averaging 18.5 DKFP per game over the last four, but he’s gone between sub-15 DKFP showings and 23+ DKFP showings. After a down game against the Raptors, Agbaji should bounce back against San Antonio.
