We’ve got 13 games in the NBA Saturday but only 10 are part of the main DFS slate. That still leaves plenty of choices when it comes to finding bargain plays to round out lineups. Unlike NFL DFS, where one pick can make or break your lineup or it’s tough to find quality low-tier value, NBA DFS differs.
In NBA DFS, you can find quality value plays $5K or under that can give you a quick 10 points off the bench, grab some rebounds, or stuff the stat sheet. We are going to provide you with three players that you need to put in your lineup.
Malaki Branham, Spurs, $4,800
The young Spurs guard has continued to impress during this recent stretch, putting up 24.6 DKFP per game in his last six. He gets a favorable matchup against the Mavericks, who are 24th in fantasy points allowed to opposing guards. Back Branham to keep his strong play of late going Saturday.
Andre Drummond, Bulls, $4,800
Drummond makes the most of his limited minutes as a backup center, though he may get more run in this match if the Bulls start pulling away. Drummond is averaging 26.1 DKFP over the last three games, highlighted by a 37 DKFP showing in his last game. The Cavaliers are 16th in fantasy points allowed to opposing centers, but might be a bit more leaky in this one with Darius Garland, Donovan Mitchell and Evan Mobley all sidelined.
Cason Wallace, Thunder, $4,100
Josh Giddey is out for the Thunder with an ankle sprain, which means Wallace is in line for decent minutes and could even get the start in this one. The rookie hasn’t had to do much this year as he tries to carve out a role behind Giddey and Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, but he can go for a decent number when given playing time. The Clippers are 23rd in fantasy points allowed to opposing shooting guards, so the matchup is favorable enough to back Wallace at this price point.
