Gill is also coming off a TKO loss, at the hands of Kiko Martinez last October. Not only was it his first since 2019, he also lost the European featherweight title in the defeat. The 29-year-old will be making his first ring appearance in 2023, with his most notable outing being a ninth-round KO win over Karim Guerfi.
Conlan comes into the bout as the betting favorite at DraftKings Sportsbook. He is a -1100 on the moneyline while Gill is a +600 underdog. The favored method of victory is Conlan by knockout (-125).
