With eight games on Friday’s NBA slate, there’s plenty of spots to find great DFS plays at a bargain price point for your lineups. Unlike NFL DFS, where one pick can make or break your lineup or it’s tough to find quality low-tier value, NBA DFS differs.
In NBA DFS, you can find quality value plays $5K or under that can give you a quick 10 points off the bench, grab some rebounds, or stuff the stat sheet. We are going to provide you with three players that you need to put in your lineup.
T.J. McConnell, Pacers, $4,900
The backup point guard has seen his price tag rise a bit over the last few games as he continues to provide solid fantasy production. Andrew Nembhard remains out for Indiana, which means McConnell should keep seeing solid playing time. He’s going up against the Wizards, who rank 29th in fantasy points allowed to opposing point guards. This is a great matchup to back McConnell in.
Immanuel Quickley, Knicks, $4,700
After a mini-slump over three games, Quickley has bounced back nicely with a pair of 20+ DKFP efforts. He most recently went for 24 DKFP in just 18 minutes of action, showing his ability to deliver even with limited playing time. Last time the Knicks played the Suns, Quickley managed 27.5 DKFP in 29 minutes. He’s worth rostering in tonight’s rematch.
Malaki Branham, Spurs, $4,400
The Spurs have been a mess this season but Branham continues to be an excellent bargain proposition in DFS lineups. He’s getting much more playing time of late, averaging 28.3 minutes over the last three games. This has translated to 23.9 DFKP per game over the same span. In Wednesday’s contest against the Lakers, Branham tallied 24.3 DKFP. He’s a good addition in the second of a two-game matchup Friday.
