After getting eliminated from the In-Season Tournament last week and then dropping a close result against the Kings, the Phoenix Suns will be hoping to get back to winning ways when they host the Golden State Warriors Tuesday. The Suns are hoping star forward Kevin Durant, who is dealing with an ankle injury, is able to suit up. Here’s the latest on his status for the contest.

Kevin Durant injury updates

Update: Durant has been ruled out for tonight’s contest against the Warriors. Beal and Booker will be the primary offensive threats for Phoenix. The Suns will have to go at least one more game without all three of their stars in the lineup.

Durant has officially been listed as questionable for the contest, and he didn’t practice Monday after missing Friday’s game. The Suns are getting Bradley Beal back, so they will have some more offensive firepower than usual if Durant does sit. Devin Booker figures to have a prominent role regardless of Durant’s availability.

If Durant does suit up, it’ll be the first time this season Phoenix will have all three stars in the lineup. Beal and Booker had injuries early in the season, while Durant is dealing with ankle issues recently.
