Week 14 of the NFL season wraps up with a Monday Night Football matchup between the Tennessee Titans and the Miami Dolphins. Kickoff is set for 8:15 p.m. ET from Hard Rock Stadium, and the Titans enter as heavy road underdogs.

Here are some of the best options to consider as you prepare your DFS lineup strategy for this Monday night matchup.

NFL DFS Showdown strategy: Titans vs. Dolphins

Captain’s Picks

Tyreek Hill, WR, Miami Dolphins ($9200)

The Giants’ defense has allowed the fifth-most fantasy points to opposing wide receivers in PPR leagues this season and the sixth-most in standard leagues, and Hill will certainly be able to take advantage of that. Hill is one of the most consistent fantasy weapons to have this season, so despite the higher price tag, he is a logical pick at captain for this week.

Derrick Henry, RB, Tennessee Titans ($6500)

Henry left the game last week with a head injury but avoided a concussion. He comes in at something of a deal at captain this week, and despite Miami’s solid rushing defense, Henry should still see a big game. He is the unquestioned RB1 for the Titans and often picks up the pace toward the end of a season.

FLEX Options

De’Von Achane, RB, Miami Dolphins ($7000)

Achane’s injury issues have kept him off the field for several weeks this season, but he has returned and is expected to have a big week. Achane averages 9.5 yards per carry and has scored a touchdown in every game this season in which he has seen more than one carry.

DeAndre Hopkins, WR, Tennessee Titans ($6100)

Hopkins will see the large majority of targets from Will Levis go his way in this matchup, and while he may struggle to create separation from the Dolphins’ corners, his target share should protect him from a bad week.

Players to Avoid

Tyjae Spears, RB, Tennessee Titans ($5000)

Spears saw some action last week after Henry left the game with a head injury, but Miami’s defense allows the seventh-fewest fantasy points to running backs in the NFL. Henry will see most of the carries this week, so keep Spears on the bench.

Will Levis, QB, Tennessee Titans ($5300)

Levis has been serviceable for the Titans this season, but he has not excelled since that first game. Out of the six games Levis has started this season, he has failed to score a touchdown in three. Aside from that first four-TD game, his TD-to-INT ratio is 3-2.
