NBA DFS value plays $5K or under for Friday, December 1

We go over some top bargain options $5K or under on DraftKings for Friday’s main slate.

There are six games scheduled for Friday, December 1. This limits the amount of options you have for setting a daily fantasy lineup. Still, there is value to be had. Unlike NFL DFS, where one pick can make or break your lineup, or it’s tough to find quality low-tier value, NBA DFS differs.

In NBA DFS, you can find quality value plays $5K or under that can give you a quick 10 points off the bench, grab some rebounds, or stuff the stat sheet. We are going to provide you with three players that you need to put in your lineup.

Derrick Rose, PG, Memphis Grizzles, $4,900

Rose comes in right under the salary mark but should be in line for a solid game on Friday. Dallas allows the sixth-most DFS points to opposing point guards. Rose is averaging 10.1 points, two rebounds and 3.1 assists per game. With Ja Morant still serving his suspension, Rose has been able to put up reliable stats in his 18.8 minutes per game.

Gary Harris, SG, Orlando Magic, $4,500

Harris and the Orlando Magic should be able to handle business against the Washington Wizards, who are off to a 3-15 start to begin the year. The shooting guard has played in 13 games this year and is averaging 8.2 points, two rebounds and 1.9 assists. Harris came off the bench against Washington on Wednesday and put up eight points, two rebounds, four assists and two steals.

Malaki Branham, SG, San Antonio Spurs, $4,400

Branham is the backup shooting guard for San Antonio. The Spurs gained a lot of hype in the offseason after drafting power forward Victor Wembanyama, but they are off to a 3-15 start. Branham is averaging 20.6 minutes per game with 8.1 points, 1.3 rebounds and 2.3 assists. The New Orleans Pelicans are giving up the fifth-most DFS points to opposing shooting guards. Even off the bench, Branham is a smart value play.
