The No. 3 Ohio State Buckeyes take on the Rutgers Scarlet Knights in a Big Ten matchup in Week 10. Kickoff is scheduled for noon ET on Saturday, November 4 from New Brunswick.

OSU (8-0, 5-0 B1G) is one of just a few remaining undefeated teams in college football, and they will try to stay that way ahead of their Thanksgiving weekend matchup against rival Michigan. They struggled to separate from Wisconsin last week, pulling away to win 24-10 late in the fourth quarter. Quarterback Kyle McCord passed for two touchdowns and two interceptions, and TreVeyon Henderson finished the day with 162 yards and a touchdown.

Rutgers (6-2, 3-2 B1G) is on a two-game winning streak after victories over Michigan State and Indiana in the last several weeks. They defeated the Hoosiers 31-14 in Week 8 completely on the ground. Quarterback Gavin Wimsatt completed five passes for 39 yards in the win, but rushed for 143 yards and three touchdowns. Running back Kyle Monangai had a 100-yard game on the ground, as well.

Here’s everything you need to know and a pick for the game.

Our Best Bet for Ohio State vs. Rutgers

Ohio State -18.5

The Buckeyes are now No. 1 in the college football playoff standings and will be looking to make a statement win on the road against a conference opponent. While I think Rutgers will keep it close for the first half, as Maryland did, the Buckeyes will make some momentum-shifting defensive plays and pull away at the end of the game.
