Fantasy Football analysis: Cowboys RB Rico Dowdle

Dowdle has been a moderately-used reserve this season with 58 carries for 246 yards and a touchdown. His best game came against the New York Giants on November 12 when he had 12 carries for 79 yards and a touchdown.

Start or sit in Week 13 PPR leagues?

Dowdle is a SIT.

As long as Pollard is healthy and can play, Dowdle’s usage rate is too low to justify a start. In blowout wins Dowdle will get some touches, but the Seahawks are likely to be much more competitive than the Commanders were.

Start or sit in Week 13 standard leagues?

Dowdle is a SIT.

Without getting in the end zone, Dowdle has nearly no value in a standard league and he only has two touchdowns this season.
