Henry Palattella takes you through the top WR matchups heading into Week 13.

While the fantasy playoffs are just two weeks away, there are six teams on bye this week, which means that it’s incredibly important for fantasy owners to find strong matchups they can exploit. Here are three wide receivers with the best matchups this week.

Fantasy football, Week 13: Best WR Matchups

Mike Evans vs. Carolina Panthers

Evans caught two touchdowns last week against the Colts and has now caught four touchdowns over his last three games. It’s clear that he and Baker Mayfield have chemistry this year (he’s caught nine touchdowns this year) and will now be going against a Panthers team that just fired head coach Frank Reich. I love this matchup.

Courtland Sutton vs. Houston Texans

Sutton had his five-game touchdown streak broken last game but still pulled in three targets for 61 yards against the Browns vaunted defense. The Texans defense just allowed 89 yards to both Calvin Ridley and Christian Kirk last week, so Sutton should have plenty of chances to get the ball in space.

Jaylen Waddle vs. Washington Commanders

The Commanders have the worst pass defense in the NFL but were burnt by the Cowboys' supporting cast last week, as Ceedee Lamb only had 53 of the team’s 331 yards against Washington. I’m expecting that trend to continue this week in Washington’s game against the Dolphins, which should help Waddle. Tyreek Hill will justifiably generate a lot of attention, which should lead to Waddle slipping through the cracks.
