Barcelona have been down a bit in recent weeks, losing to Real Madrid in El Clasico before a shocking loss last time out in the Champions League at the hands of Shakhtar Donetsk. They come into this match off a 1-1 draw against Rayo Vallecano in domestic play. FC Porto have won three matches in a row across all competitions coming into this game, with the latest being a 4-0 result over Montalegre in the Portuguese domestic cup.

Goalkeeper Marc-Andre ter Stegen is expected to be out for the home side, but Jules Kounde, Ilkay Gundogan, Raphinha and Joao Felix are all expected to be back. Porto don’t have any recent injuries, with Ivan Marcano still expected to miss most of the season due to a serious knee injury.

Even though Barcelona aren’t in the best of form, they know how important this match is to finish at the top of the group. After a rough showing the last time in UCL action, look for the home side to take advantage of friendly conditions and get all three points.
