Louisville vs. Florida State: Opening odds for ACC Championship Game

The Cards and Noles both come limping into Charlotte. Is there a path for FSU to play in the College Football Playoff?

The 2023 ACC Championship Game is set for next Saturday, December 2 as the Louisville Cardinals will face the Florida State Seminoles. The game will kick off at 8 p.m. ET and will air on ABC. Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, NC will once again play host.

Louisville (10-2, 7-1 ACC) wrapped up a spot in this game two weeks ago, but took an unexpected 38-31 loss to Kentucky in the Governors Cup to remove any chance of competing in the College Football Playoff.

Florida State (12-0, 8-0 ACC) might have lost starting quarterback Jordan Travis, but kept their hopes alive for the CFP with a 24-15 win over the Florida Gators on Saturday. Tate Rodemaker certainly isn’t the playmaker that the Heisman candidate Travis was, but the Noles might have done enough on body of work to get to find a berth into the final four.
