Update: Jefferson has gone back into the medical tent for the Razorbacks. Jacolby Criswell is in for Arkansas at quarterback with Mizzou up 10-0 in the first quarter.

Arkansas Razorbacks star quarterback KJ Jefferson suffered a leg injury in Friday’s Battle Line Rivarly game against the No. 9 Missouri Tigers, needing to be carried off the field by a few trainers after suffering the setback. The Tigers recovered the fumble they caused on the play, so we won’t know Jefferson’s status until the Razorbacks take the field again.

Jefferson is one of the most successful quarterbacks in Arkansas history and is the key to success for the Razorbacks to pull off the upset in this game. The senior is trying to come back into the game and did come out of the medical tent, but remains limited in his movements on the sideline per the broadcast.

The Razorbacks are not only trying to get the Battle Line trophy back but also create some chaos when it comes to bowl bids. The Tigers are on the doorstep of a 10-win season and a massive bowl game. Jefferson and company would like nothing more than to spoil that dream.
