We are to Week 12 of the NFL season which is hard to believe. Playoffs are nearing in fantasy football leagues and we have eight teams on bye week in Week 13 and Week 14, so the waiver wire will be important down the stretch. Below we take a look at the best wide receiver options on the waiver wire heading into Week 12.

Fantasy football waiver wire: WR pickups for Week 12

Jayden Reed, Green Bay Packers

Rostership: 18.7%

Reed has been one of the biggest steals from the 2023 NFL Draft so far. The Packers drafted him in the second round, but he’s been great. In the past two games, Reed has nine receptions for 130 yards and a touchdown. He has also added three carries for 46 yards and a touchdown. The Packers passing offense is only getting better and it seems that Jordan Love is gaining confidence. That passing game will continue to take off over the next few weeks.

Jameson Williams, Detroit Lions

Rostership: 14.4%

Williams has been relatively quiet since returning from suspension. However, he has the big play ability and it's shown in a few games this season. Amon-Ra St. Brown has been torching defenses and at some point, you have to think these teams will go all out to top him by opening up the field for some other guys. In Week 11, Williams caught two passes for 44 yards and a touchdown.

Rashod Bateman, Baltimore Ravens

Rostership: 3.7%

Heading into the season, Lamar Jackson consistently said that Bateman was his WR1. Stats have said otherwise this season, however, he seems to be taking steps forward. He scored his first touchdown of the season against the Cincinnati Bengals on Thursday Night Football. Mark Andrews' injury takes away a great weapon from the Ravens offense, so that should increase Bateman’s involvement more. Watch for Bateman to make some noise down the stretch of the season.
