Looking for a quarterback to stream or fill a gap in your Week 12 fantasy football lineup? You’ve come to the right place.

In the following sections, we’ll guide you through several quarterbacks worth adding from the waiver wire for Week 12, especially if you’re in a tight spot. Among these, two quarterbacks have matchups that are particularly favorable, while another has recently shown impressive fantasy potential that could spill into future games.

Fantasy football waiver wire: QB pickups for Week 12

Jordan Love, Green Bay Packers

Rostership: 43.6%

Love has been inconsistent from a fantasy standpoint this season, but he’s worth a look if you are in a jam heading into Week 12. The Green Bay QB is fresh off a 20.88 fantasy point performance last week vs. the Los Angeles Chargers, which ranked eighth-most among quarterbacks.

Love has eclipsed 20 fantasy points in four of six games this season, and he’s stepping into a Thanksgiving matchup against a Detroit Lions team that has allowed the sixth-most fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks.

Derek Carr, New Orleans Saints

Rostership: 20.9%

Carr’s most recent game — Week 10 at the Minnesota Vikings — doesn’t inspire much confidence from a fantasy perspective. The Saints QB struggled on the road while going 13-for-18 with 110 yards, no touchdowns, no interceptions, and 10 rushing yards. That added up to only 5.4 fantasy points.

However, Carr could get back on track following a bye week, as he’ll face an Atlanta Falcons team that has given up the fifth-most fantasy points to quarterbacks this season. Prior to the Week 10 snafu, Carr had racked up 16+ fantasy points in four straight games, so there’s a chance he could flirt with reasonable production in this kind of matchup.

Tommy DeVito, New York Giants

Rostership: 1.5%

This is the part of the article where we look at some deeper options for large fantasy football leagues (14+ teams) or those that start two quarterbacks. DeVito isn’t the safest fantasy signal-caller, but he flexed impressive upside last week with 22.54 fantasy points at the Washington Commanders. That marked the fifth-highest fantasy total among quarterbacks in Week 11.

It’s hard to say if that performance was a one-off outlier or a sign of things to come. The truth probably lies somewhere in between, and DeVito has some rushing upside to help out. Don’t expect another three-touchdown game, but DeVito might be able to scrap together a serviceable fantasy total against the New England Patriots in Week 12.

Jake Browning, Cincinnati Bengals

Rostership: 0.1%

With QB Joe Burrow out for the season, Browning is expected to start for the Bengals in Week 12. The 27-year-old from Washington took over for Burrow in the second quarter of last week’s game vs. the Baltimore Ravens, completing 8-of-14 passes for 68 yards and a touchdown. Browning also added four carries for 40 rushing yards.

That’s reasonable production for a backup QB thrust into the spotlight, but Browning’s Week 12 matchup against the Pittsburgh Steelers doesn’t look great on paper. However, he’s surrounded by a talented offense with one of the best receivers in the game, Ja’Marr Chase, who caught a touchdown from Browning in the final minutes of last Thursday’s contest.
