We break down the fantasy football outlook of Dorian Thompson-Robinson ahead of the Browns Week 11 matchup against the Steelers.

NFL: San Francisco 49ers at Cleveland Browns Scott Galvin-USA TODAY Sports

The playoff race in the NFL is starting to pick up, and every game matters. The Pittsburgh Steelers (6-3) and the Cleveland Browns (6-3) will meet this week for second place in the AFC North as week as the AFC Wild Card. The Browns will be turning to rookie QB Dorian Thompson-Robinson this week after start Deshaun Watson was ruled out for the season with a shoulder injury. Kickoff for the game is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. ET from FirstEnergy Stadium in Cleveland, OH.

Fantasy Football analysis: Browns QB Dorian Thompson-Robinson

In his limited action this season, he’s completed 54 percent of his passes for 130 yards. He played significant action in the team’s first game against the Baltimore Ravens. He completed 19 of 36 passes for 121 yards and three interceptions. Thompson-Robinson was gathering headlines during the preseason but underwhelmed in his first action.

Start or sit in Week 11

Sit Thompson-Robinson this week. There is only a small sample size to go off of the rookie. The Ravens have one of the best defensive units in the league, so that was a tough spot for him to make his debut. However, this won’t be much easier for him, and he may struggle in this contest. Look for the Browns to try and run the ball to make things as easy as possible for Thompson-Robinson to be successful. If the Browns have to rely on him to make a ton of plays they will be in trouble this week. He is projected to score 12.8 points this week. Don’t take the risk on Thompson-Robinson.

Player(s) you would start ahead of Dorian Thompson-Robinson

If you don’t want to start Thompson-Robinson this week, take a look at Packers QB Jordan Love. Last week against the Steelers, Love threw for 289 yards and two touchdowns. He will square off against the Los Angeles Chargers this week, who are fresh off allowing Detroit Lions QB Jared Goff to pass for over 300 yards and two touchdowns. There is an opportunity for Love to turn his season around, and it could start here with a big performance on Sunday. Love is projected to score 15.6 points this week.
