We go over some top bargain options $5K or under on DraftKings for Sunday’s main slate.

We’ve got nine games in the NBA Sunday, but only five are part of the main DFS slate for the day. That makes finding value plays for lineups a bit more challenging. Unlike NFL DFS, where one pick can make or break your lineup or it’s tough to find quality low-tier value, NBA DFS differs.

In NBA DFS, you can find quality value plays $5K or under that can give you a quick 10 points off the bench, grab some rebounds, or stuff the stat sheet. We are going to provide you with three players that you need to put in your lineup.

Christian Wood, Lakers, $4,300

There’s a nice narrative here for Wood, who gets to go up against his former team. There is some bad blood stemming from his exit in Houston, and the Lakers power forward will want to put on a strong showing here. His minutes have been inconsistent so there’s some risk, but he’s topped 18 DKFP in three of his last five games and does carry some upside in this particular matchup.

Eric Gordon, Suns, $5,000

Gordon is going to get heavy minutes with Bradley Beal out once again, which makes him a strong value play Sunday. The Jazz are one of the worst defensive teams in the league, and rank 27th in fantasy points allowed to opposing guards. Gordon has topped 21 DKFP in three straight games, and his upside as a shooter gives him a higher ceiling than most players at this price point.

Harrison Barnes, Kings, $4,600

The Kings are starting to find their stride offensively, and Barnes should benefit in a big way. The veteran forward has been a consistent presence in the rotation and should now see more efficient shots. The Mavericks present a favorable matchup, ranking 27th in fantasy points allowed to forwards. Dallas is also on the second night of a back-to-back set, which means Barnes could take advantage of some tired legs.
