Garrett Wilson finally on the stat sheet in fourth quarter vs. Bills

Jets WR Garrett Wilson is off to a slow start in Week 11 against the Buffalo Bills. Wilson held without a reception in the first half.

Update: Wilson has two receptions for nine yards, but they came from backup quarterback Tim Boyle as Zach Wilson was benched. Unfortunately, Garrett also fumbled after one of his receptions, so his woes continue in what is currently a game to forget.

The New York Jets are taking on the Buffalo Bills in Week 11 of the NFL season. This is a Week 1 rematch from when quarterback Aaron Rodgers tore his Achilles. Zach Wilson remains under center 10 weeks later, and the wide receivers continue to suffer in fantasy football.

Star wideout Garrett Wilson finished the first half of Sunday’s game without a reception. Zach Wilson targeted his wide receiver only one time, with Garrett unable to bring it in. Despite the continued lack of success under center, New York continues to roll with Zach as their quarterback.

Garrett was expected to be a top fantasy football wide receiver this year, coming off his winning the AFC Offensive Rookie of the Year Award in 2022. New York is trying to find ways to get him open, but Zach just hasn’t been able to get on the same page with the second-year receiver and hasn’t connected with him in the game. With five and a half minutes to go in the third quarter, Garrett remains without a reception on four targets.
