The NFL is headed into Sunday Night Football and has Monday Night Football still to play, but we’ve got some early odds to get you ready for Week 12.

Thanksgiving Day brings us three Thursday matchups, so get those fantasy lineups in early. The Packers and Lions start things off for us on Turkey Day, and the Cowboys and Commanders will follow in the afternoon. The Seahawks and 49ers finish things off on Thursday night.

The Dolphins and Jets face off on Friday, and Sunday brings an exciting matchup in Bills vs. Eagles. The Broncos host the Browns on Sunday, and the Raiders take on the Chiefs. CJ Stroud and the Texans will face off against the Jaguars on Sunday as well, and the Bears and Vikings wrap up the week on Monday night.

DraftKings Sportsbook unveiled opening odds for all 18 weeks back in May after the schedule was released. Those were pulled once the regular season got underway and the sportsbook re-opened the lines for Week 12 with a look-ahead line last week. Below, we’ve included the offseason opening odds, the look-ahead line, and the current line once it re-opens.

Here’s our full list of Week 12 odds at DraftKings Sportsbook. We’ll update once the odds re-open Sunday evening.

Packers vs. Lions

Sunday, November 19

Point spread: Lions -7.5
Point total: 46
Moneyline: Lions -375, Packers +295

Wednesday, November 15

Point spread: Lions -7.5
Point total: 44
Moneyline: Lions -375, Packers +295

May 12

Point spread: Lions -4
Moneyline: Lions -190, Packers +160

This is the early game on Thanksgiving Day, and both of these teams will be playing on short rest. The Lions have rattled off three straight wins, but they haven’t been overly convincing along the way. That’s especially true for last week’s 26-24 comeback victory against the Chicago Bears. The Packers are still contending with some injuries, but their defense has looked much better since the calendar flipped to November.

Let’s take the Packers to keep this divisional matchup close and cover the spread.

Pick: Packers (+7.5)

Commanders vs. Cowboys

Sunday, November 19

Point spread: Cowboys -10.5
Point total: 46
Moneyline: Cowboys -575, Commanders +425

Wednesday, November 15

Point spread: Cowboys -9.5
Point total: 45
Moneyline: Cowboys -440, Commanders +340

May 12

Point spread: Cowboys -5.5
Moneyline: Cowboys -230, Commanders +195

This is a very interesting matchup to handicap. On one hand, the Cowboys have absolutely manhandled lesser competition this season, including a 33-10 win at the Carolina Panthers last week. On the other hand, the Commanders have been feisty when facing top teams, most noticeably taking the Philadelphia Eagles to the brink of defeat twice this year. Still, the Commanders' defense unraveled in a 31-19 loss to QB Tommy DeVito and the (seemingly) hapless New York Giants last week. That was bound to happen after Washington traded two of its best defense players away.

Look for the Cowboys to keep their foot on the gas pedal and take care of business in this Thanksgiving matchup.

Pick: Cowboys (-10.5)

49ers vs. Seahawks

Sunday, November 19

Point spread: 49ers -6
Point total: 43.5
Moneyline: 49ers -258, Seahawks +210

Wednesday, November 15

Point spread: 49ers -3.5
Point total: 44
Moneyline: 49ers -180, Seahawks +150

May 12

Point spread: 49ers -1.5
Moneyline: 49ers -120, Seahawks +100

The San Francisco 49ers and Seattle Seahawks are playing on a short week as the primetime Thanksgiving night game. The Seahawks seem to be dealing with the injury bug more than the Niners, though. Kenneth Walker suffered an oblique injury in the Seahawks’ tilt with the Rams while Tyler Lockett is also hampered by injury.

The Niners seem to be back on track, but on a short week on the road in a tough environment, we’ll take the home underdog Seahawks.

Pick: Seahawks (+6)

Dolphins vs. Jets

Sunday, November 19

Point spread: Dolphins -7
Point total: 42
Moneyline: Dolphins -340, Jets +270

Wednesday, November 15

Point spread: Dolphins -6
Point total: 42
Moneyline: Dolphins -270, Jets +220

May 12

Point spread: Jets -2.5
Moneyline: Jets -135, Dolphins +115

It’s hard to believe that the Jets will be able to keep up with Miami’s impressive offense. “Gang Green” will need to pull out all the stops on defense while racking up enough turnovers to make this a sloppy, low-scoring affair. The Dolphins have generally taken care of business against teams outside of the playoff picture (home or away), and that trend should continue in this Black Friday matchup between AFC East foes. Look for Miami to pull away late to grab the win and spruce up its playoff resume.

Pick: Dolphins (-7)

Patriots vs. Giants

Sunday, November 19

Point spread: Patriots -3
Point total: 35
Moneyline: Pats -162, Giants +136

Wednesday, November 15

Point spread: Patriots -5.5
Point total: 35
Moneyline: Patriots -225, Giants +185

May 12

Point spread: Giants -1.5
Moneyline: Giants -120, Patriots +100

The Patriots had a bye in Week 11, and the Giants pulled off a win over the Commanders. Rookie Tommy Devito is coming into his own as the Giants’ new starting quarterback and finished the day with three passing touchdowns and no interceptions. If he can keep that level of play going against this Patriots team, the Giants have a solid shot here against a New England team that lost 10-6 to the Colts in their latest appearance.

Pick: Giants +3

Buccaneers vs. Colts

Sunday, November 19

Point spread: Colts -1.5
Point total: 42.5
Moneyline: Colts -122, Bucs +102

Wednesday, November 15

Point spread: Colts -1
Point total: 41.5
Moneyline: Colts -120, Bucs +100

May 12

Point spread: Colts -1
Moneyline: Colts -115, Bucs -105

The Colts had a bye in Week 11. They defeated the Patriots 10-6 in their latest game. The Buccaneers lost to the 49ers in Week 11, 27-14. Both of these teams are still in the playoff hunt and will be looking for a key win in this matchup, and this one could truly go either way. The Colts have home-field advantage, but the Bucs’ offense has shown flashes of excellence this season that could put them over the edge here.

Pick: Bucs +1.5

Steelers vs. Bengals

Sunday, November 19

Point spread: Steelers -1
Point total: 37
Moneyline: Steelers -115, Bengals -105

Wednesday, November 15

Point spread: Bengals -5
Point total: 41
Moneyline: Bengals -250, Steelers +205

May 12

Point spread: Bengals -4.5
Moneyline: Bengals -200, Steelers +170

The Bengals suffered a tough loss against the Ravens in Week 11, and quarterback Joe Burrow is out for the season with a wrist injury. The Steelers fell to the Browns in Week 11, and while many of their wins have been close calls that fell their way, Pittsburgh should be able to grab a victory in Cincinnati with Burrow missing. With the line set here, this one feels like it will turn into another tight game from which the Steelers miraculously emerge.

Pick: Steelers -1

Saints vs. Falcons

Sunday, November 19

Point spread: Saints -1
Point total: 40.5
Moneyline: Saints -110, Falcons -110

Wednesday, November 15

Point spread: pick ‘em
Point total: 40.5
Moneyline: Both -110

May 12

Point spread: Saints -1
Moneyline: Falcons -115, Saints -105

The Saints and Falcons were both on bye last week, so they should be coming into this game healthy. This will be the first of two meetings for these NFC South divisional rivals, with the second not until Week 18. New Orleans is coming off a loss to the surging Minnesota Vikings, while Atlanta has lost three games in a row. The Falcons are reportedly going back to Desmond Ridder under center and will need to get Bijan Robinson going early if they hope to hang around in this one.

Pick: Saints (-1)

Jaguars vs. Texans

Sunday, November 19

Point spread: Jaguars -1
Point total: 45
Moneyline: Jaguars -120, Texans +100

Wednesday, November 15

Point spread: Jaguars -1
Point total: 45
Moneyline: Jaguars -120, Texans +100

May 12

Point spread: Jaguars -4.5
Moneyline: Jaguars -195, Texans +165

These teams met in Week 3, and the Texans picked up a surprising 37-17 road win, which was their first victory of the season. Houston jumped out to a 17-0 lead at halftime, and the Jaguars couldn’t get enough stops to make a full comeback. However, Jacksonville won six of its next seven games, which includes a commanding 34-14 victory against the Tennessee Titans last Sunday. The Jaguars should be ready for the Texans this time around, and their momentum could easily continue with a divisional road win at Houston.

Pick: Jaguars (-1)

Panthers vs. Titans

Sunday, November 19

Point spread: Titans -4
Point total: 38
Moneyline: Titans -192, Panthers +160

Wednesday, November 15

Point spread: Titans -4
Point total: 38.5
Moneyline: Titans -192, Panthers +160

May 12

Point spread: Titans -1
Moneyline: Titans -115, Panthers -105

The Panthers kept it close with the Cowboys through the third quarter in Week 11, but Dallas ultimately pulled away, moving Carolina to 1-10. The Titans’ Will Levis experiment is not going quite as smoothly as it did in his debut, and they fell to the Jaguars. The Panthers do have a shot at a second win here, as the Titans’ pass defense is extremely weak. Bryce Young’s struggles with interceptions could be a nonfactor here. However, the Panthers’ run defense has not looked good this season, and Derrick Henry will be a major threat. Nevertheless, I’m taking the Panthers to cover.

Pick: Panthers +4

Browns vs. Broncos

Sunday, November 19

Point spread: Broncos -1
Point total: 36.5
Moneyline: Broncos -118, Browns -102

Wednesday, November 15

Point spread: Browns -3
Point total: 42
Moneyline: Browns -148, Broncos +124

May 12

Point spread: Broncos -1
Moneyline: Broncos -115, Browns -105

Cleveland lost starting quarterback Deshaun Watson for the season, but that didn’t stop them from posting consecutive wins over the Baltimore Ravens and the Pittsburgh Steelers. The Browns have used a field goal from Dustin Hopkins as time expired to notch both victories. Cleveland’s defense is among the best in the league and they will take on the Broncos who face the Minnesota Vikings in Week 11’s edition of Sunday Night Football.

Pick: Browns

Rams vs. Cardinals

Sunday, November 19

Point spread: Rams -2.5
Point total: 46.5
Moneyline: Rams -135, Cardinals +114

Wednesday, November 15

Point spread: Rams -2.5
Point total: 46
Moneyline: Rams -130, Cardinals +110

May 12

Point spread: Rams -2
Moneyline: Rams -125, Cardinals +105

The Cardinals look rejuvenated with quarterback Kyler Murray back under center. Through two games, Murray has thrown for 463 yards with a touchdown and two interceptions. He has carried the ball 13 times for 82 yards and two additional scores. Los Angeles took on the Seattle Seahawks in Week 11, and star wide receiver Cooper Kupp was banged up with an ankle injury. Rookie Puka Nacua continued to impress, bringing in his third receiving touchdown of the season.

This is the second matchup between these NFC West teams, with Los Angeles winning in Week 6, 26-9.

Pick: Rams (-2.5)

Bills vs. Eagles

Sunday, November 19

Point spread: Eagles -3.5
Point total: 47.5
Moneyline: Eagles -180, Bills +150

Wednesday, November 15

Point spread: Eagles -3.5
Point total: 47
Moneyline: Eagles -192, Bills +160

May 12

Point spread: Eagles -1.5
Moneyline: Eagles -120, Bills +100

This is quite possibly the best game of Week 12. The Bills have been very inconsistent since early October, but they still have more than enough talent to live up to preseason expectations and make a run in the playoffs. Meanwhile, the Eagles could have a much worse record if it wasn’t for several tight victories that could’ve gone either way. This could be another one of those matchups, and the Bills have a realistic chance to pull out a road victory or at least keep the final score within a field goal.

Pick: Bills (+3.5)

Chiefs vs. Raiders

Sunday, November 19

Point spread: Chiefs -10
Point total: 45
Moneyline: Chiefs -425, Raiders +330

Wednesday, November 15

Point spread: Chiefs -9.5
Point total: 45
Moneyline: Chiefs -425, Raiders +330

May 12

Point spread: Chiefs -5
Moneyline: Chiefs -210, Raiders +180

The Chiefs are playing on shortened rest after facing the Philadelphia Eagles on Monday Night Football last week. They are also traveling across two time zones for this game. Kansas City hasn’t been a convincing road team this season, going 3-1 away from home with each win by eight or fewer points. The Raiders found some momentum after firing head coach Josh McDaniels, and they played the Miami Dolphins tough last week. Look for Las Vegas to keep this one relatively close.

Pick: Raiders (+10)

Ravens vs. Chargers

Sunday, November 19

Point spread: Ravens -4.5
Point total: 45
Moneyline: Ravens -198, Chargers +164

Wednesday, November 15

Point spread: Ravens -3.5
Point total: 44
Moneyline: Ravens -166, Chargers +140

May 12

Point spread: Chargers -2
Moneyline: Chargers -130, Ravens +110

The Ravens are one of the hottest teams in the NFL after winning five of their last six games, which includes a convincing 34-20 victory over the Cincinnati Bengals last Thursday. On the other hand, the Chargers have disappointed while holding a 4-6 record after losing to the Green Bay Packers on Sunday. However, Los Angeles has played in a ton of close games, with five of their six losses decided by a field goal or less. This could be another tight game that comes down to the wire, as the Ravens will be playing on the road without their top pass-catcher, as TE Mark Andrews suffered a potentially season-ending ankle injury last week.

Pick: Chargers (+4.5)

Bears vs. Vikings

Sunday, November 19

Point spread: Vikings -3.5
Point total: 45.5
Moneyline: Vikings -180, Bears +150

Wednesday, November 15

Point spread: Vikings -3.5
Point total: 44
Moneyline: Vikings -175, Bears +145

May 12

Point spread: Vikings -3.5
Moneyline: Vikings -180, Bears +155

The Bears have had a rough season, and things got more frustrating as they blew a late fourth-quarter lead last week, falling 31-26 at the Detroit Lions. Still, Chicago QB Justin Fields returned from injury in that game, and his ability to run the ball almost landed the upset win. Minnesota’s defense has improved dramatically over the last month, but this could be a classic edge-on-your-seat type of game between these two rivals.

The Bears have enough talent to pull out the win on the road, and they are getting more than a field goal on the spread.

Pick: Bears (+3.5)
