The 2023 Grey Cup, the championship game of the Canadian Football League, kicks off on Sunday, November 19 at 6:00 p.m. ET. The matchup will feature the Winnipeg Blue Bombers going up against the Montreal Alouettes.
The Blue Bombers have put together two dominant wins over the Alouettes this season, defeating them 17-3 and 47-17. Winnipeg won the West Division after finishing with a 14-4 regular season record, and Montreal pulled off a huge win in the semifinals over Toronto after finishing the season with an 11-7 record.
The Blue Bombers have been in the Grey Cup for each of the last three years, and this will mark their fourth consecutive appearance in the championship. They fell to the Toronto Argonauts in last year’s game, but won in 2019 and 2021. The franchise has 12 titles to its name.
