Week 8 is full of injured quarterbacks. Let’s get into it.

Deshaun Watson is day-to-day with his shoulder injury that kept him out two games. He didn’t appear to be 100% against the Colts and was sat after a hit. PJ Walker came in in relief and would probably get the start in Seattle if Watson can’t go.

Jimmy Garoppolo missed last week and Brian Hoyer played awfully in his stead. This week the Raiders take on the Lions on Monday Night Football and if Garoppolo can’t go, we could see Aiden O’Connell start.

Daniel Jones still hasn’t been cleared of his neck injury and his backup Tyrod Taylor has looked competent in relief. The Giants could make extra sure Jones is healthy before returning. They take on the Jets this week.

Justin Fields will miss another week with his dislocated thumb, which will give Tyson Bagent the start again. Bagent dinked and dunked against the Raiders, but will likely need to throw a couple deeper passes against the Chargers on Sunday Night Football.

Ryan Tannehill has an ankle injury it it sounds like he could miss this week despite getting a bye to heal. We’ll need to learn more about his injury this week, but if he can’t go it will either be Malik Willis or Will Levis against the Falcons.

Kyler Murray is likely out again this week, but he did get a few reps with the first team last week in practice. But it might not be the best idea to bring him back against the Ravens defense. Joshua Dobbs probably gets the start again this week.

Streaming option for Week 8

C.J. Stroud has topped 14 fantasy points in his last five games and he’ll get to face a Panthers defense that has given up eight touchdown passes in their last three games.
