Game-day update: Jacobs will be active today despite his recent illness, per Adam Schefter. He may be a little riskier than normal, but he’s still worth a start in many leagues.
Game day update: Jacobs will go through pre-game warmups, at which point the Raiders will determine his availability.
Raiders’ RB Josh Jacobs, who flew separately from the team to Tennessee due to an illness and is listed as questionable for today, will work out in pregame warmups to determine his availability. There is optimism he will be ready to play, but no decision until pregame warmups.

Saturday update: Jacobs didn’t initially travel with the team but joined the Raiders in Nashville on Saturday. He is still questionable, per Tom Pelissero.
#Raiders RB Josh Jacobs (illness), who didn't practice the last two days, is traveling to Tennessee today and his status is still questionable for Sunday's game against the #Titans.

Las Vegas Raiders running back Josh Jacobs did make the trip to Nashville with the rest of the team on Friday. Jacobs is dealing with an illness that has him listed as questionable on the injury report ahead of this Sunday’s game against the Tennessee Titans. He did not participate in practice on Thursday or Friday either.
UPDATE: Jacobs joined the team in Nashville on Saturday, which bodes well for his Sunday status.
Fantasy football implications
Just because he didn’t fly with everyone else doesn’t mean he won’t get there. That could have been a precautionary measure. Still, it’s hard to see it as a good sign for his status this week. The game kicks off at 1 p.m. ET on Sunday, so you’ll at least have a little time to adjust fantasy football lineups if anything changes.
Without Jacobs, the Raiders would turn to Brandon Bolden and rookie Zamir White. Because Jacobs has dominated the work out of the backfield so far this season, it’s not exactly clear who would fill his shoes. Bolden’s done work as a pass catching specialist, so the Raiders could give White some of Jacobs’ rushing attempts.
