11:03 p.m. ET: The first round of the 2022 NBA Draft wrapped up with the Nuggets taking Payton Wilson out of UCLA. Round two is underway.

10:20 p.m. ET: We have another trade. The 76ers have dealt the No. 23 pick and Danny Green to the Grizzlies for DeAnthony Melton. Memphis ended up taking Colorado State guard David Roddy with the pick. The Grizzlies had already traded two of its first-round picks to Minnesota to move up to 19 earlier.

9:32 p.m. ET update: Final Four Most Outstanding Player Ochai Agbaji out of Kansas rounds out the lottery by going to the Cavaliers at 14.

9:28 p.m. ET update: Second trade of the night involved the Hornets sending No. 13 pick Jalen Duren to the Knicks, who then packaged him and Kemba Walker to the Pistons. The disaster that was the Walker experiment in New York is officially over and he is reportedly working on a buyout with the Pistons, making him a free agent. Charlotte will get a 2025 first-round pick from Detroit.

9:12 p.m. ET update: The first trade of the night involved the Knicks dealing No. 11 pick Ousmane Dieng to the Thunder for three protected first-round picks for the 2023 NBA Draft.

9:03 p.m. ET update: Some notable selections through lottery section of the draft included Purdue’s Jaden Ivey going to the Pistons at No. 5. The backcourt of him and Cade Cunningham will make for a fun watch on NBA League Pass. The Pacers took a swing with the “mystery man” Shaedon Sharpe at No. 7 while the Wizards found their potential Bradley Beal replacement in Johnny Davis at No. 10.

8:23 p.m. ET update: Chet Holmgren ended up going No. 2 to the Thunder and Jabari Smith went No. 3 to the Rockets. Banchero, Holmgren, and Smith were expected to be the Top 3 players off the board and now things get interesting with the Kings at No. 4.

8:12 p.m. ET update: Paolo Banchero is your No. 1 overall pick. The Duke forward made a last-second leap over Jabari Smith and is heading to Orlando.

7:45 p.m. ET update: ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski is reporting that Duke forward Paolo Banchero has emerged as a strong contender to go No. 1 to Orlando. It seemed like the Magic were going with Auburn forward Jabari Smith earlier in the day but that has changed. Banchero is now the listed favorite on DraftKings Sportsbook with -200 odds.

The 2022 NBA Draft is finally here and the newest class of incoming rookies are set to walk across the stage of the Barclays Center tonight. The Orlando Magic will kick off the festivities with the No. 1 pick, followed by the Oklahoma City Thunder at No. 2 and Houston Rockets at No. 3.
