After sitting out last week with an injury, Alabama quarterback Bryce Young have a valiant effort against Tennessee, but came up just short in a 52-49 loss on Saturday.. After a slow start, the reigning Heisman Trophy winner has helped bring the Crimson Tide back in the ballgame and had them in a position to win in the fourth quarter.
In the final minutes, the reigning Heisman Trophy winner zipped the Tide down the field and put them in a position for a potential game-winning field goal. Will Reichard’s attempt missed, allowing for the Vols to cruise down the field and convert their field goal attempt for the victory. Young went 35-52 through the air for 455 yards and two touchdowns.
