The Milwaukee Brewers lost a lead late in their last two games against the San Francisco Giants in what was an exciting series, but they have a great chance at getting back on track on Monday against the Chicago Cubs. Milwaukee has a big pitching advantage with Freddy Peralta on the mound with a 2.21 ERA against Chicago’s Alec Mills, who has a 4.41 ERA heading into the game. The Cubs were sellers at the deadline and lost each of their last four games, so the Brewers find themselves in a good spot.

Yankees vs. Royals U10 (-115)

The New York Yankees and Kansas City Royals have the highest total of the night on DraftKings Sportsbook, and we’re betting they will not reach 10 combined runs. The Yankees have the better chance at a big day from the plate, but these are two offenses haven’t been too impressive this season. New York ranks fourth in their division in runs scored, while Kansas City is in last in their division in that category. We’ll take the under.

Reds O5.5 (-110)

The Cincinnati Reds are slowly closing the gap behind the Milwaukee Brewers for the top spot in the N.L. Central, and their offense is a big reason why. They scored just three times on Sunday, but that was the first time Cincinnati scored less than five runs so far this month. They will go up against Cleveland Indians starter Sam Hentges, who has a 7.86 ERA over 17 appearances including eight starts.

Freddy Peralta O7.5 strikeouts (-105)

Milwaukee Brewers starter Freddy Peralta will start against the Chicago Cubs on Monday night, and he should be set up for plenty of success in finding strikeouts. This is a high number, but we’re getting good value at -105 because the Cubs have the second most strikeouts in the league this season. In his previous start, Peralta struck out nine batters against the Pittsburgh Pirates over six innings of work.
