We are a little over 24 hours away from Saturday’s welterweight championship bout between Manny Pacquiao and Yordenis Ugas, and all remains on track. The two fighters held the official pre-fight weigh-in on Friday and both made weight.
The max weight for a welterweight bout is 147 pounds. Ugas, the current WBA Super welterweight champion, weighed in at 147 lbs. Pacquiao, previously the Super champion and an eight-division champ in his career, weighed in at 146 lbs.
Pacquiao is a sizable favorite to win at DraftKings Sportsbook. He is installed at -360 while Ugas is a +275 underdog. Ugas was promoted from the co-feature into the main event after Errol Spence, Jr. withdrew ten days ago due to an eye injury.
