Full list of tee times for Round 3 of The Northern Trust Open

The Northern Trust is headed into the weekend and we have some big names atop the leaderboard through 36 holes. Jon Rahm shot a four-under on Friday and is in first place with a -12 headed into Saturday. Tony Finau follows at -11, and Justin Thomas and Kevin Mitchell are tied behind them at -10.

The cut finished at -1 for The Northern Trust. Notable players to miss the cut include world No. 1 Collin Morikawa, Dustin Johnson, Si Woo Kim, Jason Kokrak, Lucas Glover, and Matt Jones.

This tournament is the first of three tournaments to determine the FedExCup Playoffs champion. The winner of the TOUR Championship will take home $15 million, but has to get through these next two weekends to have a shot. The top 70 golfers following this weekend advance to next week’s BMW Championship. The top 30 golfers from that tournament then advance to the TOUR Championship. Golfers like Morikawa, Johnson, and Kim are all expected to remain ranked high enough to advance to the BMW Championship.

The third round of the tournament gets underway on Saturday morning. Golf Channel will open televised coverage of the tournament from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. CBS will then pick up coverage until 6 p.m. PGA Tour Live will stream coverage of featured groups from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. and featured holes from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
