The Euro 2020 semifinal round concludes Wednesday when Denmark and England meet with a spot in the final on the line. Denmark is looking like the “team of destiny” after the shocking Christian Eriksen scare in the opener.
The Danes were last in the group heading into the final match and eventually won by a big enough margin to make the knockout round. Denmark got fortunate with the bracket, but has been playing better as a unit and is getting a lot of crowd support. England has quietly been one of the best defensive teams of the tournament while the attack looks to slowly get into gear. The Three Lions looked like a machine against Ukraine in a 4-0 win with star striker Harry Kane netting two goals.
