Peru vs. Brazil opening odds for Copa América 2021 semifinal

The two will meet in a rematch of the 2019 Copa América final.

Copa America 2021 has moved into the semifinal stage with tournament favorite Brazil taking on Peru and Uruguay/Colombia facing off against Argentina/Ecuador.

Here the opening lines for the first semifinal, courtesy of DraftKings Sportsbook.

This is a rematch of the 2019 Copa America final, which Brazil won 3-1. The hosts are one step closer to making it back-to-back appearances in the Copa America final. Peru is looking to spring the upset but is understandably a big underdog in this contest. Brazil’s dynamic attack will be too much for Peru, especially if star forward Andre Carrillo is unable to play after picking up two yellow cards in the quarterfinal against Paraguay. Neymar will look to get back in the goals after missing out against Chile.
